We'll uncover our client's story, their goals, product, and their target audience. This stage has a lot of team communication before we can start developing the creative assets. We need to learn and clarify about our client and their audience:
What are their goals and objectives?
What problems do they have?
What triggers them to take action and reach out for help?
Where do they get their info?
In short, how does our client's product save their victim from the villain? We will discuss the ways we can show this and once we have an approved idea, then we will move on to the next step.
